Just came across your blog and I love it! I went through your posts about acne, but couldn't seem to find one that discussed acne scars (or maybe I just missed it...).

What's the best treatment for acne scars that doesn't include a trip to the derm? I can't afford chem peels, dermabrasions, etc. I'm hoping to use Mederma Skin Care for Scars...but I've read that topical gels usually don't work. Any advice?

Ouch, that article did not end well. I used to have eczema so I have first hand experience with the whole skin issue. My skin got A LOT better once I started eating better foods (more fruits & veggies) and stopped eating junk foods, candy, processed starches and all those things.

It was my catalyst to a healthier diet, I was forced to eat better. I don't think I could've given up my hamburgers, pizzas and candies without my skin telling me so.
