		<description>Just came across your blog and I love it! I went through your posts about acne, but couldn&#039;t seem to find one that discussed acne scars (or maybe I just missed it...).

What&#039;s the best treatment for acne scars that doesn&#039;t include a trip to the derm? I can&#039;t afford chem peels, dermabrasions, etc. I&#039;m hoping to use Mederma Skin Care for Scars...but I&#039;ve read that topical gels usually don&#039;t work. Any advice?</description>
