Plastering your skin with toxic sunscreens and living in the dark is terrible for you. You need 10-20 mins a day of sunlight on your skin. This is healthy!!! It helps both with your vitamin D, but also with general mood and emotional health. Pharmaceuticals that sell sun screen and drugs are the new Tobacco and they are helped along by a bunch of drug pushers with medical degrees. I have used them about 15 times in my life and have totally stopped, in fact I wish I would have never gone. Is it the people that go on a regular basis for a long time that are at a higher risk? I went about once, maybe twice, a week and did not stay in for a really long time. Again like I said I wish I would have never used them and have always used a lot of sunscreen.
