Neosporin has always done the trick for me, but not on tattoos. I use the high dollar stuff for tattoos. Don't want to mess up my ink, right? As for other cuts and scrapes, I use neosporin... Vaseline causes pimples to break out on me. So, i guess i'm one of those exceptions. Ive never gotten a rash from topical antibiotics. I guess I’m one of the exceptions.
