I prefer applying natural skin care products on my skin. Olay is a good brand, however, I've tried their eye cream and did not work on me. But I love their total effects face wash.

It's great to see such a good recommendation for a more affordable product. The eye area is often so neglected and yet it's such a giveaway when it comes to age and one of the first places to show wrinkles. I have written an article on how to make the most of any eye cream by applying and storing it correctly. http://tinyurl.com/28x48xs Hope that is useful for your readers Dr Bebabio.

yes, oil of olay will give you free samples, but after signing up for their club I had to ask for them. I definitely liked the price of this product, but I must admit the results were a bit lacking compared to results of other creams I have used (revitol, lifecell). thanks.

I use serum for my undereyes but i’ve also been using it on my forehead. My dark circles are ALMOST COMPLETELY GONE! i can defintely see a difference and my friends have mentioned it too.

I agree with you, it's not always best to listen to your Doctor, they can sometimes flat out lie to you and try to line their pockets!

Though Botox was initially approved for use in fighting wrinkles around the frown and forehead lines, readers, please know its use around the eyes is not formally FDA approved - though it is known to be used to alleviate eye twitches.

I am in my 60's and have had three-years positive experience with botox for use with wrinkles in the frown line area. Unfortunately, in Jan. I visited what I thought was a very experienced dermatologist who suggested botox for the eye area after I mentioned my dismay at fighting crows feet with OTC eye creams.

In less than two weeks, I noticed on one of the eyes both a drooping of the upper eye lid and a swelling in the outer (upper) eyelid area. The eye itself felt irritated and extremely dry. I saw an eye doctor who prescribed drops and ointment to combat the dryness and recommended waiting 2-3 months to see if the swelling and drooping disappeared because the effects of botox usually disappear in approx. 4 months.

Unfortunately, even after almost six months from the initial botox treatment, both symptoms persist and are exacerbated by a lump under my upper, outer eye lid. I am now being sent to a surgeon who focuses on eyes to determine what can done, if anything, to correct these problems.

Please beware if your Dr - whether dermatologist or plastic surgeon - recommends botox for the eye area. You could be opening yourself up to more expensive medical procedures that will leave you scarred, which is worse IMHO than crows feet around the eyes.

Buyer Beware.
